Mufaddal Saifuddin is extremely awkward when meeting with politicians (which is a big part of his job). Here, he can be seen hesitant with Modi while his son-in-law Abdul Qadir obtains raza (permission) for him, so he can begin his speech. Completely out-of-character for a supposed Dai, that even in his own majlis!
